Good reading. Interesting theory. A bit cranial but makes you go “hmmm…”
Standard theory views government as functional: a social need arises, and government, semi-automatically, springs up to fill that need. The analogy rests on the market economy: demand gives rise to supply (e.g., a demand for cream cheese will result in a supply of cream cheese on the market).

Take Action: Tell the EPA: Dump This Polluted Pumping Rule!
On June 1, EPA proposed a misguided rule that would blatantly allow polluted water to be dumped directly into waterways!
The rule offers a blanket exemption for water transfers from the Clean Water Act’s National Pollution Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) permitting program, no matter how dirty and polluted the transferred water is and even when these contaminated waters are being pumped into drinking water sources.
This rulemaking poses a serious public health threat, completely undermines the goals of the Clean Water Act and compromises the health of our nation’s lakes, rivers, streams, coasts and other waters.
TAKE ACTION Today! We only have until August 7th!
